2009 fund-raising effort raises £4,000 for charity.
THE Lincs Air Ambulance service is financially better off to the tune of £4,000 thanks to the efforts of Warners Midlands’ staff and family.
As has previously been reported, the company raised £2,000 from a summer barbecue held in July but now the charity’s coffers have been boosted by a further £2,000 thanks to the proceeds from a Christmas Fair held by the company in December.
Lincs Air Ambulance was Warners Midlands’ chosen charity for 2009. Its charity for this year will be confirmed in March at works council meeting when all nominations will be considered and voted on.
