Our strong community ethos comes from being a family-owned printing business.
We have provided employment for generations of families for more than 80 years and provide a workplace to be proud of where dedication is recognised and rewarded and employees are encouraged to excel.
We understand the need to enrich the community and to ensure our existence benefits our neighbours in the community.
Bourne in Lincolnshire has been our home since the beginning and today we occupy a 10-acre site in the market town.
The vast majority of our employees live within five miles of the site which means that the working, social and family lives of all our employees are intrinsically connected with the Bourne community.
Our employees are encouraged to pursue voluntary activities and the company supports local causes; from offering financial donations, free design and print work to providing sponsorship to local schools and colleges.
