Warners invest heavily in new machinery

New machine installation in Warners Midlands’ factory

Warners Midlands has invested heavily in a new sheet fed printing press.

In just a few weeks, Warners will complete the installation of a ROLAND 700 HiPrint, a machine that is uncompromisingly designed to produce the highest quality printing.

The machine’s manufacturers say this printing quality is achieved by “high-performance inking units characterised by fast reaction and a large storage capacity for stabling inking over the entire run.”

Features include the ability to print off a reel as well as sheets using Mabec Technology / 12,000 impressions per hour / fully automated plate changing and impression cylinder wash up for quick make readies / ColorPilot colour control system / Non stop delivery.

The machine will perfectly complement our existing range of equipment to keep us at the forefront of magazine and brochure printing.
