With a promising looking year ahead this week we thought we would help spread awareness about Green Washing. Like many others in the paper and print industries Warners is supporting the Two Sides Campaign and their work in the praise of paper. One of their main missions is to challenge Greenwashing which they define as “an environmental claim which is unsubstantiated or irrelevant.” It is most often seen when companies tell their customers that going paperless is a very environmentally friendly thing to do when the real reason is that the company can cut costs. We would really recommend visiting the Two Sides website for many interesting facts and several myths about paper being debunked.
