There is a great deal going on at the moment and we cannot believe that it is October already! Here is your quick guide to some of the important information you need to know about for the next few weeks!
Many of our customers have been finalising their seasonal schedules with us as we are already looking busy for October through to December! Seasonally as with many industries, we are historically busy for the run-up to the festive period. This year is no different and available press space will diminish over the coming months as we deal with large volumes of work. It is important to note that this year we have been able to increase our available press capacity from last year with the acquisition of our new web press. This additional capacity gives us more flexibility than ever before but make sure you book your jobs in as soon as you can to secure your pre-Christmas delivery date and avoid disappointment! We will be notifying all of our customers and readers about our Christmas closures nearer to December.
More good news! There is still available web capacity available for October and we strongly encourage anyone looking to produce a print with us over the next few weeks to get in contact with us ASAP to secure their print slot and delivery date. We are also getting closer to accepting delivery of our new paper wrap mailing line due to be up and running early 2021!
We are currently running a home and office working rota at the moment. All of our Key Account Managers are working 5 days a week however they will not all be in the office at the same time. There is always a senior manager and at least one account manager in the office during the week to help our customers, arrange samples and deal with incoming post.
As always we are here and ready to help with any print requirements that our readers might have. If you would like our help please don't hesitate to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, our Contact Us Page, your account manager or by calling us on 01778 391 000.
We're here to help whenever you need!
Keep your eyes peeled for another new video and more good news coming soon!
