Do people still want paper books?


A few weeks ago a very interesting news story emerged regarding print in the digital world. In this particular article it was announced that the sales for printed books in the UK had risen by 7%. Perhaps the most curious aspect of this news was that younger generations are a driving force behind it. 62% of 16-24 year olds surveyed said that they preferred physical books to e-readers due to the tangibility of print. This raises the question: Is print really dead?
