Do you want to save money on your paper?

As of October the prices of Wood free papers are expected to rise by 4%.If you wanted a cost effective alternative we would recommend changing to a near Woodfree paper.

What do we mean by Woodfree paper?

Simply put, in this particular paper the wood pulp has been bleached to remove the yellow lignin. The lignin is the wood sap, and sometimes referred to as “the wood”. So by bleaching out the yellow lignin (or wood) the paper is known as Woodfree.

  • Is available in the same finishes as Woodfree i.e. gloss, silk, matt, uncoated…
  • Is readily available.
  • Offers the same quality of print as woodfree.
  • Is slightly less white than woodfree paper.
