Warners (Midlands) Plc is a family-run, high-quality commercial printers who are looking to recruit a competent and efficient administrator to work for an established and successful multi-million-pound organisation.

Who are we looking for?

 

This fantastic opportunity will suit a candidate who has drive, determination and an attitude to develop within the administration environment of the business. The role will involve becoming an integral member of a department responsible for a number of key administrative functions within the business. We are seeking a self-motivated and focused individual who can demonstrate a well-organised and proficient approach to producing accurate and consistent levels of work. Flexibility in learning and the ability to multi-skill in various administration functions will be crucial along with a reliable and committed approach to the team will be essential in playing a vital part in our continued success.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be able to display the following attributes:

  •      Strong numeracy and IT skills, competence in Microsoft programmes
  •      Attention to detail to be able to produce accurate quality work in the required timeframe
  •      Effective communication skills both within the team and to other departments
  •      Confidence and willingness to learn new skills
  •      Ability to prioritise workload and work in an organised and methodical way
