We are looking to recruit a skilled Folder / Guillotine Operator to work within our Bindery Department. We are seeking a self-motivated and determined individual who demonstrates a desire to work for a successful business within the Printing Industry. Due to our continued investment and expansion, this position will provide an opportunity for someone to continue a career in the print industry.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for an individual who possesses the skills and understanding of operating folding and guillotine machinery, with knowledge of Polar Guillotines and MBO folding equipment preferable but not essential. The successful candidate must possess an enthusiastic and conscientious approach to their work with a determination to achieve efficient production targets. The successful candidate would also be able to show sound interpersonal skills including an ability to get the best out of their crew in a fast-moving production environment.

 

Are you the right person?

 

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be able to display the following attributes:

 

  • Experience in operating print finishing folding and guillotine equipment.
  • Efficient and flexible style of work in order to achieve production objectives.
  • Understanding and awareness of health and safety practices and procedures
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
