Print Finishing Apprentice 

 

As part of our continued succession planning, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to offer an opportunity for an apprenticeship in Print Finishing. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working within a manufacturing environment along with possessing a reliable and conscientious approach to their work. An eagerness to learn along with a determination to achieve long terms development and progression objectives are essential attributes for any candidate considering this role. The position will require a flexible approach to working patterns and shift times in line with accredited learning and production demands.

 

Are you the right person?

 

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be able to display the following attributes:

 

  • Proficient numeracy and literacy skills with GCSE Mathematics and English Grade C or above
  • A commitment to learning and development within the manufacturing sector.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and self-motivated approach to work
  • Understanding and awareness of health and safety practices and procedures

In return, the training we can offer will be in the form of an accredited apprenticeship to a minimum Level Three along with continuous vocational training provided by the company to fulfil the learning and development required for progression. Warners (Midlands) Plc are a family run high-quality magazine and brochure printers who are looking to recruit an assistant within Print Finishing Bindery Department. We are seeking a self-motivated and determined individual who demonstrates a desire to work for a successful business within the Printing Industry. Due to our continued investment and expansion, this position could provide an opportunity to develop a career in the print industry.

 

What do we want?

 

We are looking for an individual to join our Bindery Department as a Print Finishing Assistant.   The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a reliable and enthusiastic approach to their work along with a commitment to work as part of a productive team.

  • A practical and conscientious approach to work
  • Reliable and flexible style of work in order to achieve production objectives.
